Red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir variety. It is a fresh and fruity wine. The proximity of the vineyards and orientation to the Sierra del Cadí give the wine its name “Llum del Cadí”.
Special production
1,200m high vineyards in the Cerdanya region. Manual harvesting and ageing in barrels
selected from 500L for a minimum of 6 months.
Tasting notes
Color: clear ruby red, low layer of color.
Aroma: notes of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries
Pairing
It goes well with baked fish, low-fat white meat.
Suitable with lightly cured sheep’s cheese.
