White wine made from the Xarelo and Xarelo vermell variety.
It is a top quality wine, creamy and aromatic. Signed by Salvador Dalí, the label
reproduces the work “Raïms de la Immortalitat” by the painter in 1970, giving his name to the wine.

Fermentation and minimum ageing of 6 months in French oak barrels from the forests of the centre of
France (Allier, Tronçais, Nevers)
Tasting notes
Colour: Bright and clear golden yellow.
Aroma: Fruity notes like ripe yellow peach, notes of dry aromatic herbs, bitter almond, and toasted aromas like incense and vanilla.
Pairing
It goes well with seafood such as oysters or red shrimp, white fish. It also goes well with
stews of black cock of the Penedès or of Creole duck.
